BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The Bellingham Municipal Court Judge Debra Lev announced the appointment of the court commissioner.
Nicholas Henery was sworn during a ceremony earlier this year is now hearing cases in the Municipal Court.
Commissioner Henery previously worked as a Skagit County public defender and a Skagit County Superior Court law clerk.
He is a Western Washington University grad and a longtime resident of Bellingham.
