WSP issues Missing Indigenous Person Alert for two Lummi teens

WHATCOM COUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – has issued a Missing Indigenous Person Alert for two Lummi Nation teens.

Both were last seen on foot in the Bellingham area shortly after noon on Sunday, March 1.

16-year-old Ariel Feliciano is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

17-year-old Tabitha Running-Bear is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, also with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who knows anything about the whereabouts of either or both teens is asked to call 9-1-1.
