DEMING, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Another traffic disruption will impact drivers near Deming.

Whatcom County Public Works says the Mosquito Lake Road Bridge will see intermittent closures from now through Thursday, Aug. 15 for routine bridge inspection.

The bridge will be closed starting at 8 a.m. before briefly reopening from noon to 1 p.m.

It will then close again from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and reopen until 8:00 the next morning.

The news comes as the nearby Truck Road is in the middle of its extended closure between Deal Road and Mosquito Lake Road. Its closure is expected to last through the end of September.
