WHATCOM COUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A second person has been arrested in connection to a sex trafficking ring that operated in Whatcom County.

Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Deb Slater says that 39-year-old Davon Marlbrough was arrested in Renton on Tuesday and booked into the Whatcom County Jail on a federal warrant.

He was transferred and appeared in Seattle District Court on Wednesday morning.

My Bellingham Now previously reported that a Seattle street gang member was arrested in October on charges related to sex trafficking and money laundering.

During the course of that investigation, probable cause was found to arrest Marlbrough on unspecified charges.
