Registration opens for City of Bellingham’s 19th annual Essence of Bellingham Photo Competition

BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Do you think you have what it takes to capture the spirit of Bellingham?

Registration just opened for the City of Bellingham’s 19th annual Essence of Bellingham Photo Competition.

Winners will be selected in several categories, including, Best of Show, Best of Class, Best of Category and Honorable Mention.

One photo will also be chosen for the Climate Action Award, awarded to the image that offers the best perspective on the community’s actions to address climate change.

The winners will be displayed in the Whatcom Museum’s photo archives and could also appear in other city publications.

Entries are being accepted free of charge now through Oct. 1, 2024.
