PHOTOS: The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival 2024 comes to a close

SKAGIT COUNTY, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Tulip time has come and gone in Skagit County.

I’m a little embarrassed to admit that in four decades of living in Whatcom County, I’d only been in a tulip field once. And that was more than a few years ago.

So, this year, I decided to visit two of the biggest fields in the Skagit Valley (Roozengaarde and Tulip Town) hoping to get some good tulip photos.

I don’t think it’s possible to take a photo of tulips that hasn’t been taken a gazillion times before, but I like to play with my camera and this was a fun place to shoot.
