Seahawks News

Ticket prices to see the Seahawks play their first Super Bowl in over a decade are costing a pretty penny.

According to Vivid Seats, the cheapest seat for the big game on Sunday is being listed at just over $4,500. The average price is sitting at just over $9,300.

According to ESPN, if that number holds, this year’s average cost would be the second-most expensive for a Super Bowl since Vivid Seats began providing data in 2015.

Meanwhile, Seattle’s QB1 issued a promising update for his health ahead of Sunday. Sam Darnold says his oblique feels “really good” after injuring it three weeks ago at the start of the playoffs.

Kraken News

The Kraken had their streak snapped last night.

They fell to the Anaheim Ducks 4-2 in the second leg of their road trip. Seattle trailed 4-0 midway through the third period and late goals by Jordan Eberle and Tye Kartye couldn’t save them as their four-game win streak came to an end.

They’ll look to rebound against the LA Kings tonight. Coverage begins at 6:30 and puck drops at 7 on KGMI.

NBA News

The NBA got shook up today as the countdown to the trade deadline continues.

The Dallas Mavericks made headlines by trading 10x All-Star Anthony Davis to the Washington Wizards in exchange for Khris Middleton, several other players and two first round picks.

Former MVP James Harden also highlighted this week’s trades when he got dealt from the LA Clippers to the Cleveland Cavaliers in exchange for All-Star point guard Darius Garland.

All eyes are now on the Milwaukee Bucks, who are actively listening to trades on 2x MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The trade deadline is at noon tomorrow.
