BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Bellingham residents have a chance to weigh in on their vision for the future of the city.

The city is hosting a public hearing on Thursday, Sept. 18 to discuss its latest draft of the Bellingham Plan.

The plan will guide the city’s growth over the next 20 years and tackles key topics such as housing, jobs, transportation and climate resilience.

It’s currently in Phase 4, which means the city is looking for public feedback before the formal adoption process begins and a final decision is expected to be made in December.

Thursday’s meeting starts at 6 p.m. in the city council chambers.

Interested residents can submit a comment by emailing theBellinghamPlan@cob.org.
