BELLINGHAM, Wash. — University police are looking for a man suspected of groping a Western Washington University student as she walked near the tennis court at about 1:15 A.M. Wednesday morning.

The student reported she was walking from the 100 block of Highland Drive to the Ridgeway Kappa residence hall when a man ran up to her and put his hand down her pants.

She described him as black, about 6-feet-tall, with short hair and wearing dark clothes.

Reports of lewd conduct, indecent exposure and voyeurism on and around campus have dropped after a series of incidents last year.
