Slater Road reopens

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Good news for Ferndale drivers.

Slater Road is now open after a multi-day closure due to flooding.

Multiple sections of Marine Drive near Northwest Indian College remain closed and several other roads throughout the county are compromised due to water or debris over the roadway.
