BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office has released photos of two suspects who are still being sought in connection with the killing of a young Sedro-Woolley woman last Saturday.

Instigators say 25-year-old Payton Thomas Mulryan and 23-year-old Tyler James O’Keefe are believed to have been involved in a drug deal that turned into a robbery and led to the death of Darian Sather at South Fork County Park in Acme.

The 21-year-old woman was run over by the suspects’ vehicle as they fled after stealing money from her and her friends.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested 47-year-old Brent S. Gerber on suspicion of 1st Degree Murder early Monday.

Mulryan and O’Keefe are also wanted for murder.
