Sedro-Woolley appoints new council member

SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — The Sedro-Woolley City Council has a full complement again.

At their Wednesday meeting, the council appointed Kevin Loy for the vacant at-large position.

Loy brings eight years on the planning commission and four years on the council previously, as well as nearly 20 years on the parks board.

He is a graduate of Mount Vernon High School.
