BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Calling all girls!

Get ready to rock this summer with Bellingham Girls Rock Camp.

Rock Campers get a one-week crash course in playing an instrument, writing songs and performing with a band.

They will then get to perform their song live at a showcase at the end of camp.

The camp says it is a great way for girls to build self-esteem and create positive change in their lives, while rocking out and having fun.

Two sessions are offered starting on August 7th and the 14th at Explorations Academy on Ellis Street in Bellingham.

Tuition is $350 but they offer a sliding scale for assistance.
