BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police have confirmed the identities of two suspected graffiti taggers arrested last week.

Lt. Claudia Murphy says their investigation into hundreds of graffiti incidents across Bellingham began last year.

18-year-old Jack Toillion and 19-year-old Garrison Bonds, both of Bellingham, were arrested on Wednesday, April 26th, in connection to the graffiti investigation.

The pair are accused of causing roughly $66,000 in damages to walls, fences, and buildings across the city.

Investigators believe the pair conspired to spray their graffiti tags, leading to additional criminal conspiracy charges for both men.

Police add that other suspects are being sought in connection with this investigation.
