Live candidate forum to be broadcast on KGMI

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Hear from candidates for local offices on your radio tonight (Thursday).

KGMI will broadcast a live forum from 7 to 9:30 p.m., featuring candidates for Whatcom County Executive, County Council, Assessor, Port of Bellingham, Mayor of Bellingham and Mayor of Ferndale.

The event is free and open to the public at Meridian High School.

The Associated Students of Whatcom Community College are hosting a local candidate forum at 6 PM this Saturday, October 19, on their campus.

Candidates running for Bellingham mayor and Whatcom County executive have been invited to speak.

The public is invited and parking is free.
