After months of mental competency restoration a Clear Lake man was found mentally competent Thursday to stand trial in the attempted murder of a Sedro-Woolley man in 2016.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports Cody Kingston is accused of shooting the man three times, critically wounding him in October of last year.
Kingston was arrested in Bellingham in January.
He’s held on $500,000 bail.
