BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham man is held on $100,000 bail for allegedly drugging and raping a 12-year-old child.
Bellingham Police received a report on September 29th that 35-year-old Sergio Mariscal Junior had raped the child on two different occasions.
An investigation found that he had provided marijuana edibles and a controlled substance to the 12-year-old before assaulting the victim.
He was arrested October 20th and faces two charges of 2nd degree rape of a child and one for providing a controlled substance to a minor.
