Listeners can enter by completing an entry form with their first and last names, city of residence, phone number, and birthdate at ANY KISM “92 Days of Summer” registration event between May 23, 2025, and September 3, 2025. Dates and times of registration events will be promoted on KISM and posted at www.KISM.com. One entry per person per event. Must be present to enter. Any entry made on behalf of someone else is disqualified. Entry form must be filled out in its entirety to become a qualifier. One grand prize qualifier per household.

Here’s how listeners can qualify for the “92 Days of Summer” Grand Prize Event:

• Listeners can register to be a qualifier in the 92 Days of Summer by stopping by any KISM 92 Days of Summer instant qualifier event or KISM remote between 5/23/25 and 9/3/25 and filling out a registration form. All registration forms will be combined with previous registration forms after each event.
• Once a listener is registered, they can listen to 92.9 KISM each non-holiday weekday between May 27, 2025, through September 3, 2025. If your name is randomly drawn and announced, you will have 10 minutes to call the KISM studio at (360) 733-KISM to qualify. If the listener’s name is drawn and they don’t call back within 10 minutes, KISM may or may not draw another name that day. A minimum of one name will be announced each week, with a maximum of 5 names. The actual number of names called each week depends on the number of players who call within the time limit. There will be a maximum of 47 qualifiers randomly selected in this manner. Listeners can enter once at each 92 Days of Summer registration remote.
• Listeners can register during any or all the 92 Days of Summer Instant Qualifier Events and at any KISM event between 5/23/25 and 9/3/25. The total numbers of entries available in this manner will be dependent on how many events KISM has in the timeframe. At the conclusion of each “92 Days of Summer” Instant Qualifier Registration Event held at a contest sponsor (either virtual or on-site), one qualifier will be randomly drawn and notified from all entries accepted during that event. This qualifier is automatically entered into the Grand Prize event without a need to call us back.  These sponsors will each have one event: Kulshan Brewing in Bellingham, LFS Marine in Bellingham, Samson Estates Winery, Urban Market in Bellingham, Culligan Water of Bellingham and Crawford Garage Doors in Mount Vernon.  These sponsors will each have two of these events: Dewey Griffin Subaru in Bellingham, Lifestyles Honda in Mt. Vernon, Mt. Baker Moto-Sports in Bellingham, Judd & Black Appliance in Bellingham and Mount Vernon, Frontier Ford in Anacortes, Peaks NW Roofing Mt Vernon, Barron Solar in Bellingham, Skagit Valley Polaris in Mount Vernon, Cubboards in Bellingham and Marysville, Brim Tractor, Rairdon’s Dodge of Bellingham, and Ace Hardware of Blaine and Ferndale. There will be a total of 30 qualifiers randomly drawn in this manner. Listeners can register once at each event, for a total of 30 entries. If the sponsor location prefers a virtual remote or event, then listeners can register online at KISM.com using an Aptivada entry form to fill out their first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and zip code during the specified hours and date of the event/remote. If the sponsor location prefers an on-site event, listeners must come to the sponsor location to get registered and fill out an entry form with their first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and zip code during the specified hours and date of the event/remote.
• Listeners can also register to be a qualifier at contest sponsors by scanning a QR code on a QR code poster which will lead them to an Aptivada entry form where they are required to fill out their first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and zip code. The only way to access this entry form is through the QR code. Listeners can scan and enter via QR code once a day for the from 5/23/25 to 8/31/2025 at 11:59pm. Entrants must agree to terms for Aptivada through KISM.com and go through the complete registration process. The following sponsors will have a QR code: Dewey Griffin Subaru in Bellingham, Lifestyles Honda in Mt. Vernon, Mt. Baker Moto-Sports in Bellingham, Judd & Black Appliance in Bellingham, Marysville, Everett, Lynnwood and Mount Vernon, Frontier Ford in Anacortes, Cubboards in Bellingham and Marysville, Barron Solar in Burlington and Ferndale, Brim Tractor of Bellingham, Ace Hardware of Blaine and Ferndale, Skagit Valley Polaris in Mount Vernon, Rairdon’s Dodge of Bellingham and Peaks NW Roofing in Mt Vernon. There will be 12 qualifiers randomly drawn this way, one qualifier from each sponsor. Listeners can scan and enter each sponsor QR code once a day for the duration of the contest. The QR code will be active from May 23, 2025 until August 31, 2025 at 11:59pm.
• Listeners can register via a QR code posted on North Coast Credit Unions website (northcoastcu.com) once a day for the duration of the contest. There will be one qualifier randomly selected in this manner. The QR code will be active from May 23, 2025 until August 31, 2025 at 11:59pm.
• Listeners can enter a special “Last Chance” drawing on September 3, 2025, between 3:00pm-6:45pm at the Silver Reef Casino Event Center. Immediately before the Grand Prize event, we will randomly draw entries to instantly qualify for the Grand Prize. Only entries entered during this event will be eligible for the last chance drawings. Only one entry is allowed per person. If there are multiple last chance qualifier entries by one person that will be disqualified and ineligible to become a qualifier. In addition, any qualifiers that do not register at the Grand Prize event during the specified time will lose their spot and those qualifying spots will be drawn for through this process. Must be present to qualify.  There will be a minimum of 10 qualifiers in this fashion.

Qualifiers must attend the grand prize event at the Silver Reef Casino Resort Event Center on September 3, 2025, in order to be eligible to win the grand prize. Qualifiers can NOT substitute anyone else in their spot. Only one qualifier per household is permitted. Any households with more than one qualifier must choose one person to represent the household.

Entries will be accepted at all advertised “92 Days of Summer” events between May 23, 2025, through September 3, 2025.  All events will be advertised on KISM and posted on www.KISM.com at least three days in advance of the event.

Qualifying prizes will be given away each non-holiday weekday from May 27, 2025, through September 3, 2025. The grand prize will be given away on September 3^th at the 92 Days of Summer Grand Prize event at Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa in Ferndale.

Each qualifier except for Last Chance Qualifiers will win a prize package including:

The winner will be responsible for any costs above and beyond $35,000. If the $35,000 credit is not reached, the winner will forfeit the balance. The winner has until December 31, 2025, to use their available credit. The Grand Prize value is based on the amount of credit provided by Pacific NW Media Group. Federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferrable nor redeemable for cash. Prize and product tax are applicable.

The 92 Days of Summer Grand Prize Party will be held at the Silver Reef Casino Resort in Ferndale on September 3, 2025. All qualifiers that entered to participate in the KISM 92 Days of Summer Grand Prize event prior to September 3, 2025, MUST register at the Silver Reef Hotel, Casino Event Center between 5:30pm-6:45pm on September 3, 2025. Any person in the registration line at 6:45pm will be allowed to continue the registration process. After 6:45pm, any person that tries to enter the registration line will be disqualified but may enter the “Last Chance Qualifier” drawings. When registering, each qualifier will be required to show Washington State issued identification to verify their identity. Qualifiers will also be required to complete an insurance waiver/release form. At approximately 7:15pm, the Grand Prize Event will begin, and we will begin to randomly draw names of qualifiers.  Once a qualifier’s name is drawn, they will personally select 1 garage door opener from up to 100 garage door openers, each with an individual, pre-assigned number.  They will then activate the garage door opener. If it opens the garage door on-stage, they are the winner.  If not, the contest will continue with the next qualifier.  Once a garage door opener is selected and played, it will be removed from the contest, with no replacement.  If the correct garage door opener is inadvertently activated early, the qualifier that is currently playing will be named the winner. If, for some reason, the winning garage door opener does not open the door, a KISM staff member will intervene and present a sealed envelope with the winning garage door opener envelope number inside to determine the winner.

KISM contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 21 or older, that have not any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one grand prize qualifier per household is allowed. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KISM, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Pacific NW Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the KISM main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

We will make reasonable efforts to award Qualifying Prizes within 30 days after winning.

The Grand Prize will be awarded after the winner has completed all applicable tax forms.  Due to the value of the prize, a W-9 must be completed, and a copy of a Washington State issued ID must be submitted at the Pacific NW Media Group offices during regular business hours.  Listener has until October 11, 2025, to fill out the paperwork at the Pacific NW Media Group offices.  After that date, if the paperwork has not been filled out, the winner will forfeit the prize.  The winner will be issued an embossed letter on KISM letterhead to present at the sponsor of their choice.  Cascade Radio Group will then cut a check directly to the sponsor.
