Classic Rock 92.9 KISM has the chance for you to win big with the 92 Days of Summer. 

Listeners can enter by completing an entry form with their first and last names, city of residence, phone number, and birthdate at ANY KISM “92 Days of Summer” registration event between May 27, 2022 and September 7, 2022.  Dates and times of registration events will be promoted on KISM and posted at www.KISM.com.  One entry per person per event.  Must be present to enter. Any entry made on behalf of someone else is disqualified. Entry form must be filled out in its entirety to become a qualifier. One grand prize qualifier per household. 

Here’s how listeners can qualify for the “92 Days of Summer” Grand Prize Event: 

• Once a listener is registered, they can listen to 92.9 KISM each non-holiday weekday between May 31, 2022 through September 7, 2022.  If your name is randomly drawn and announced, you will have 10 minutes to call the KISM studio at (360) 733-KISM to qualify.  A minimum of one name will be announced each weekday, with a maximum of 5 names.  Actual number of names called each day depends on the number of players who call within the time limit.  There will be a maximum of 59 qualifiers in this manner. 
• Listeners can register during any or all of the 92 Days of Summer Registration Events. At the conclusion of each “92 Days of Summer” Registration Event held at a contest sponsor (either virtual or on-site), one qualifier will be randomly drawn from all entries accepted during that event.  This qualifier is automatically entered into the Grand Prize event without a need to call us back.  These sponsors will each have one event: Twin Sisters Brewery in Bellingham, LFS Marine in Bellingham, Conway Pub and Eatery, and Crawford Garage Doors in Mount Vernon.  These sponsors will each have two of these events: Dewey Griffin Subaru in Bellingham, Lifestyles Honda in Mt. Vernon, Mt. Baker Moto-Sports in Bellingham, Judd & Black Appliance in Bellingham and Mount Vernon, Frontier Ford in Anacortes, Silver Reef Casino in Ferndale, Barron Solar in Bellingham, Scholten’s Equipment in Lynden, Honda of Bellingham and Taylor’s Backyard in Bellingham. There will be a total of 24 qualifiers in this manner. If the sponsor location prefers a virtual remote or event, then listeners can register online at KISM.com using an Aptivada entry form to fill out their first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and zip code during the specified hours and date of the event/remote. If the sponsor location prefers an on-site event, listeners must come to the sponsor location to get registered and fill out an entry form with their first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and zip code during the specified hours and date of the event/remote. 
• Listeners can also register to be a finalist at contest sponsors by scanning a QR code on a QR code poster which will lead them to an Aptivada entry form where they are required to fill out their first and last name, phone number, date of birth, gender, and zip code. The only way to access this entry form is through the QR code. Entrants must agree to terms for Aptivada through KISM.com and go through the complete registration process. The following sponsors will have a QR code: Dewey Griffin Subaru in Bellingham, Lifestyles Honda in Mt. Vernon, Mt. Baker Moto-Sports in Bellingham, Judd & Black Appliance in Bellingham and Mount Vernon, Frontier Ford in Anacortes, Silver Reef Casino in Ferndale, Barron Solar in Bellingham, Scholten’s Equipment in Lynden, Honda of Bellingham, North Coast Credit Union and Taylor’s Backyard in Bellingham. There will be 11 finalists drawn this way, one finalist from each sponsor. 
• Listeners can enter a special “Last Chance” drawing on September 7, 2022, between 3:00pm-7:00pm at the Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa.  Immediately before the Grand Prize event, we will draw entries to instantly qualify for the Grand Prize.  Only entries entered during this event will be eligible for the drawings. Only one entry is allowed per person. If there are multiple last chance finalist entries by one person. they will be disqualified and ineligible to become a finalist. In addition, any qualifiers that do not register at the Grand Prize event during the specified time will lose their spot and those qualifying spots will be drawn for through this process.  Must be present to qualify.  There will be a minimum of 10 qualifiers in this fashion.

One winner will be randomly drawn from the 100 qualifiers at the Grand Prize event to win a “door prize”. The door prize is:

• A Twin Sisters Brewing Company branded kegerator. Kegs, beer, and CO2 are NOT included. Winner must be able to pick up and transport the kegerator themselves and must be 21+.  ($1000)

The winner will be responsible for any costs above and beyond $30,000.  If the $30,000 credit is not reached, the winner will forfeit the balance.  The winner has until December 31, 2022 to use their available credit.  The Grand Prize value is based on the amount of credit provided by Cascade Radio Group. Prize and product tax are applicable. 

The 92 Days of Summer Grand Prize Party will be held at the Silver Reef Casino Resort in Ferndale on September 7, 2022. All qualifiers that entered to participate in the KISM 92 Days of Summer Grand Prize event prior to September 7, 2022, MUST register at the Silver Reef Hotel, Casino, Spa between 5:30pm-6:45pm on September 7, 2027.  Any qualifier in the registration line at 6:45pm will be allowed to continue the registration process.  After 6:45pm, any person that tries to enter the registration line will be disqualified but may enter the “Last Chance Qualifier” drawings.  When registering, each finalist will be required to show Washington State issued identification to verify their identity.  Finalists will also be required to complete an insurance waiver/release form.  At approximately 7:15pm, the Grand Prize Event will begin, and we will begin to randomly draw names of finalists.  Once a finalist’s name is drawn, they will personally select 1 garage door opener from up to 100 garage door openers, each with an individual, pre-assigned number.  They will then activate the garage door opener.  If it opens the garage door on-stage, they are the winner.  If not, the contest will continue with the next finalist.  Once a garage door opener is selected and played, it will be removed from the contest, with no replacement.  If the correct garage door opener is inadvertently activated early, the finalist that is currently playing will be named the winner.  If, for some reason, the winning garage door opener does not open the door, a KISM staff member will intervene and present a sealed envelope with the winning garage door opener number inside to determine the winner. 

KISM contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 21 or older, that have not any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one grand prize qualifier per household is allowed. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.  

Employees of KISM, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the KISM main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. 

We will make reasonable efforts to award Qualifying Prizes within 30 days after winning. 

The Grand Prize will be awarded after the winner has completed all applicable tax forms.  Due to the value of the prize, a W-9 must be completed, and a copy of a Washington State issued ID must be submitted at the Cascade Radio Group offices during regular business hours.  Listener has until October 10, 2022, to fill out the paperwork at the Cascade Radio Group offices.  After that date, if the paperwork has not been filled out, the winner will forfeit the prize.  The winner will be issued an embossed letter on KISM letterhead to present at the sponsor of their choice.  Cascade Radio Group will then cut a check directly to the sponsor.
