Looking for middle or high school bands – school bands – to play a popular RUSH song. Doesn’t have to be the entire song….a minute will suffice. Doesn’t have to be the entire school band. Could be just the strings or horns.

This is not a contest. We’ll highlight some of your school’s performance on the Brad & John Show. Guitar Center of Bellingham will award a $200 gift card to one of the schools that enters…totally random drawing.

Schools from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada are welcome to submit. No deadline. We’d love to play RUSH challenge performances for the rest of the school year.

Days of downpours have begun in Hawaii. The Southwest will soon bake with day after day of record 100-degree-plus (38 Celsius-plus) heat. Two storms will dump snow by the foot over northern Great Lakes states. And the dreaded polar vortex will again invade the Midwest and East with soul-crushing Arctic chill. This forecast of extremes comes as weather whiplash has already hit much of the East.
