Listeners can enter by sending an email to the KISM morning show, bradandjohn@kism.com with their first and last name, city of residence, phone number, birthdate and picture of them with their patio between February 4, 2019 through March 1, 2019.  One entry per person.

–          At the conclusion of “Pick Your Patio” promotion, one name will be drawn from all entries.

Entries will be accepted between February 4, 2019 and March 1, 2019.
  1. When prizes can be won? Date?
The grand prize will be drawn live during the Brad and John Show on March 4, 2019 at approximately 7am on 92.9 FM.
  1. The extent, nature, and value of the prizes?

 

One Grand Prize winner will receive:

-Weber Genesis Gas Grill  (Value: $1,049)

-Husqvarna Robotic Automower  (Value: $3,000)

-35 cubic yards of green blenz premium compost (Value: $1,100)

-Patio Set with Fire Pit  (Value: $2500)

-$2000 in TREX decking (Value: $2000)

-Crew for the day of yard work (Value:$1500)

Total prize package value is $11,149.

– The winner is responsible for taxes and installation. The winner has until March 22, 2019 to collect prizes.  The Grand Prize value is based on values of each service and/or product.

  1. Basis for valuation of the prizes
The Grand Prize value is based on the amount of each prize and/or service provided to Cascade Radio Group.
  1. Time and means of selection of winner (and/or tie breaking procedures)

  1. Eligibility restrictions

 

KISM contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KISM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KISM, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KISM main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

  1. When prizes will be awarded
The Grand Prize will be awarded after the winner has completed all applicable tax forms.  Due to the value of the prize, a W-9 must be completed and a copy of a Washington State issued ID must be submitted at the Cascade Radio Group offices during regular business hours.  Listener has until March 22, 2019 to fill out the paperwork at the Cascade Radio Group offices.  After that date, if the paperwork has not been filled out, the winner will forfeit the prize.  The winner will be issued an embossed letter on KISM letterhead to present at each sponsor while collecting prize and/or service.

One Grand Prize winner will receive:
