Listeners can enter by filling out an entry form with their name, address, phone number and birthdate at participating locations where there is an Ultimate Fan Cave entry box.

  1. When prizes can be won? Date?
The grand prize winner will be announced on the Brad and John Morning Show January 2, 2019 between the hours of 5:30am – 9:45am.

 

Grand prize winner need not be present or listening to win.  That winner will win a $5,000 credit to spend as they choose at any or all of the contest sponsors PLUS a 65-inch Samsung MU7500 Curved TV MSRP from Judd & Black, with a retail value of $1899, and a custom-made kegerator from Kulshan Brewing for a total prize retail value of $6299.99. No purchase necessary.   1. Basis for valuation of the prizes

The winner will be chosen January 2, 2019 by random draw from all the entry forms received at participating locations with entry boxes.
  1. Eligibility restrictions

 

KISM contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 21 or older, that have not won anything on KISM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KISM, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KISM main studios are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

Join KISM at any Football Watch Party, Blue Friday Broadcast or Fan Cave Entry Broadcast between September 10, 2018 through January 2, 2019, and complete an entry form with your first and last name, city of residence, phone number, and date of birth.  Exact dates, times, and locations of each event will be broadcast a minimum of 3 days in advance and listed at www.KISM.com . One entry per person per entry event. Grand Prize Winner will drawn at random the morning of January 2, 2019. The winner will be announced on-air during the Brad and John Show on January 2, 2019. The winner will also be notified by telephone. Entrants and winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of KISM. Entrants and winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of KISM.

The grand prize winner will be issued an embossed letter on KISM letterhead to present at the sponsors of their choice as they spend their winnings. Subject to this provision, winnings must be used at one or more of the official sponsors. Cascade Radio Group will then cut a check directly to the sponsor.  The winner has until March 31, 2019 to use their winnings.  At that time, any remaining balance will be forfeited.  Once the winner has a remaining balance of $50 or less, KISM will cut them a check for the difference. The prize may only be used with the contest sponsors.
