FERNDALE, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A pair of suspected drug dealers from Blaine have been arrested, including one with ties to a larger trafficking ring.

Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Deb Slater says deputies found the two in a parked car near Ferndale on Tuesday, May 20.

The man in the passenger seat was already wanted in connection to a cocaine bust carried out by the Sheriff’s Office in November.

The woman in the driver’s seat was seen with a drug pipe in her hand.

After getting a search warrant, deputies found roughly 160 grams of illegal drugs in the car, including fentanyl and methamphetamine, along with a scale, baggies and cash.

Both suspects were arrested and remain at the Whatcom County Jail without bail.
