Motley Crue Day Declared in Vegas

Rockers Motley Crue have been honoured in Las Vegas with their own day.

Mayor Carolyn Goodman proclaimed Friday Motley Crue Day to mark the band's new residency at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, which makes Tommy Lee and his bandmates the first heavy rock band to play a string of dates in Sin City.

The three-week stint kicks off later on Friday. (MT/WNWC/KL)
