BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham’s two pot retail stores are encouraged by the House vote on guidelines for banks to work with marijuana businesses.

The U.S. Treasury Department made guidelines for banks so they can work with pot businesses without fear of federal money-laundering charges.
