Contest Rules

Here are the generic Classic Rock 92.9 KISM contest rules.

To be eligible to win, you must not have won anything in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past year, unless otherwise specified.

All prizes must be claimed in person within 30 business days of winning, or prior to expiration date, unless otherwise specified.

You must present positive legal identification and then sign a release form.

Prizes not claimed within the specified time period will be forfeited.

All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.

By playing the contests, you have awarded Classic Rock 92.9 KISM the right to publicize your name, likeness, voice and details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity.

All attributable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.

When contest players are required to call-in-to-win, you must use the designated line, 360-733-KISM.

The person operating the telephone at Classic Rock 92.9 KISM has the final decision as to who the winning caller is.

Classic Rock 92.9 KISM assumes no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, Internet, or E-mail.

Remember that anytime you call Classic Rock 92.9 KISM it is likely that your voice will be recorded, and the phone call may be used in any manner, including broadcast.

Only one winner per household, per 30 days.

Any prizes awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate winner may be named.

Employees of Saga Communications and their families are not eligible to win contests.

Where a contest prize is awarded by a process of, you may qualify to win once only.

If you’re listening to the internet stream of the station, programming may be delayed affecting contest participation.
