HOW TO ENTER/PARTICIPATE:
Completely fill out an entry form with your first and last names, city, phone number, and birthdate at the KISM Ultimate Man Cave Party on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at 3:00pm at the Silver Reef Hotel Casino Spa.  One entry per person.  Must be present to enter.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries will be accepted from 3:00pm on January 19, 2014 until the 2 minute warning of the 4th Quarter of the NFC Championship Game.

WHEN PRIZES CAN BE WON:
Recliners, Big Green Egg, Rockford Renegade, and Code Alarm Auto Alarm System will be drawn at the 2 minute warning of the NFC Championship Game.  Golf certificates will be drawn throughout the television broadcast of the game.

EXTENT/NATURE/VALUE OF PRIZES:
Entrants can win one of the following prizes:

-2 Recliners from Wilson’s Furniture, retail value of $1,000.

-Big Green Egg from Innovations, retail value of $400.

-Rockford Renegade Mini-Amp and Speaker Kit from Mobile Music, retail value of $99.99.

-Code Alarm Auto Alarm System from Mobile Music, retail value of $199.99.

-1 Round of Golf at Joe’s Professional Golf Lab, retail value of $20.

BASIS FOR VALUATION OF PRIZES:
All prize values are based on retail values, as stated by contest sponsors.

TIME/MEANS OF SELECTION OF WINNERS:
At the 2 minute warning of the 4th Quarter of the NFC Championship Game on January 19, 2014, winners will be randomly drawn for each of the prizes, in the following order:  2 Recliners, Big Green Egg, Code Alarm Auto Alarm System, and Rockford Renegade Mini-Amp and Speaker Kit.  If an entry drawn is deemed be ineligible, it will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.  Winner drawn will have 3 minutes to claim their prize and show they are present.  If they are not present after 3 minutes, they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
KISM contests are open to all eligible U.S. Citizens, residing in Washington state, age 21 or older have not won anything on KISM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KISM, Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KISM main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

WHEN PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED:
Prizes will be awarded on site at the event after the winners are drawn and a release and W-9 form is filled out (if applicable).  Winner will be solely responsible for transporting their prize from the casino within a time frame determined by the casino.
